ABOUT PINK CHASE

K2 presents the first annual K2 Skis PINK CHASE fundraiser! This distinctively GLOBAL fundraiser interlaces two important aspects of the lives of K2 women and women all over the world: skiing and well-being.

During the month of October, the women of the K2 Alliance (our women's development teams) around the globe (including U.S., Canada, Europe, and Japan) will ski as much vertical, or walk as many kilometers, in a given time period on a given day with two goals in mind: to raise as much money as possible for breast cancer research while having fun and skiing their legs off with a big group of their K2 girlfriends! Four different breast cancer research organizations will benefit from all of the money raised from these online fundraisers.

PINK CHASE CAUSES

K2 Skis' commitment to women does not end at building authentic women's product. Since 2000, K2 has contributed to The Breast Cancer Research Foundation (BCRF). Annually, K2 donates $100,000 to The BCRF on behalf of all women's product lines within K2. Together, K2 and The BCRF are dedicated to improving women's health through recreation, athletics, research, and finding a cure for breast cancer in our lifetime. In addition to the annual $100,000 donation, all of the contributions from the K2 Skis PINK CHASE will be donated directly to the country's sponsoring foundation. The Breast Cancer Research Foundation and Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation will be the beneficiaries of the North American fundraising efforts.
